Processing and Shipping Policy

In-House Design:

• Customer supplied images can be used for engraving on tags.
• Design time charges are applied for customer supplied images.
• Mock-ups are provided for approval prior to engraving.

 

Processing Time:

• Most orders ship the next day.
• Orders of 10 or more tags ship in 2-4 days.

 

Shipping:

• Orders are shipped using USPS.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Customer can upgrade from First Class to Priority, or Priority Express.
